Driver and Liaison Officer – This position provides a diverse range of Liaison services and Driving. She/he performs driving of office vehicles, assists the supply chain team in sourcing and procuring goods/services, handling liaison tasks in different government offices , delivering purchased items and assisting in the customs clearance process.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for Driving
- Responsible for purchasing General and Technical Purchase
- Assist in collecting quotation from different supplier
- Assist in collecting shipping document from bank
- Assist the procurement team in receiving shipments from different customs port
- Assist in collecting goods after cheque is prepared by Supply Chain team
- Act as backup in the absence of purchasers to purchase goods/service
- Assist in searching local suppliers
- Act as liaison officer in different government offices
- Assist in Ethiopian shipping lines freight and container deposit settlement
- Assist in receiving purchased goods from suppliers
- Assist in delivering purchased items
- Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements

Qualification Required: Diploma or TVET in purchase and any related field of study
Experience:
- 3 + years experience of driving vehicle
- 1 year experience as a Liaison officer
Languages Required: Amharic and English
