Job Summary: Transport staff and deliver Bank items and maintain the motor vehicle in line with the administrative guideline and driver’s manual.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Carry out maintenance checks, promptly follow up key issues and generate precise adhoc motor vehicle situation reports in line with maintenance best practices and driving details
- Drive Bank vehicles, transport duly assigned Bank staff and other authorised users, in line with the driver’s manual, the Bank policy, road safety laws and defensive driving principles
- Secure and deliver assigned Bank assets, mail and correspondence in line with the relevant Bank policies, procedures and standing instructions
- Maintain up-to-date records of vehicle movement log book, insurance, licence and parking stickers and observe Bank vehicle handling guidelines in line with Bank
- policies, procedures and best practice standards
- Monitor and follow up vehicle maintenance schedule, verify works/repairs and prepare precise monthly motor vehicle situation reports in line with reporting guidelines, departmental work plan and best practice
- Utilise and account for allocated fuels and oils/lubricants in line with asset maintenance. Bank policies and procedures
- Attend Branch meetings and any other duties assigned as per business requirements.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma in any Discipline.
- 2 years previous experience in a driving role.
