To transport Bank staff and visitors and to deliver documents to respective recipients. To
operate the Bank’s vehicles in accordance with policies and legislation, and in a cost-effective
manner.
KEY JOB FUNCTION
➢ Transporting the Bank’s high value assets, staff members and visitors to respective
destinations to ensure compliance to their schedule and their safe travels in a manner
that portrays the Bank’s image.
➢ Conducting and recording pre-trip and post-trip inspections forms prior to and post
each trip to ensure safety of passengers and longevity of vehicles in line with the Bank
Policies and Procedures.
➢ Ensuring that vehicles are fueled and serviced as and when required.
➢ Ensuring vehicles are secure, kept clean, tidy and in good working condition always.
➢ Ensuring vehicles are given regular / day to day maintenance checks.
➢ Performing minor repairs and arrange for other repairs, prepare vehicles spare parts
inventory.
➢ Delivering and collecting mail to ensure all Bank’s correspondences are delivered timely
and at the right places
➢ Upholding high driving skills to ensure cash repatriation is always transported safely.
➢ Reporting all accidents and incidents involving driver’s or Bank’s equipment
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
➢ Must have attained an O-level qualification
➢ Valid heavy -duty driver’s license
➢ Three (3) years’ active heavy-duty driving experience

Driving experience in neighboring SADC countries will be an added advantage
➢ Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance
➢ Excellent driving record with a clean record
