Driving hospital vehicles as authorised from time to time.
- Transporting patients to Zomba Central Hospital.
- Transporting dead bodies to relevant destinations.
- Transportation of staff on official duties and meetings.
- Transporting Hospital materials from one point to another.
- Ensuring that hospital vehicles are road worth with all valid certifications including COF and insurance.
- Reporting to the supervisor (HR Officer) anytime the vehicle is due for service
- Recording all entries for mileage, destination and purpose of trip, time, fuel and lubricants in the vehicle register / logbook.
- Providing advice on security details when on an overnight trip.
- Ensuring that vehicles are well packed by 17: 00 hours and reporting of any after 17:00 hours activity to relevant authorities.
- Maintaining an ever cleanliness of the hospital vehicles.
- Reporting any accidents concerning organization vehicle to relevant authorities.
- Performing any other duties deemed necessary assigned from time to time.
- Qualifications
- Malawi School Certificate of Education.
- A Clean Class C1 Driving Licence with at least two years of progressive work experience.
- Those with a Defensive Driving Licence will have an added advantage.
