Key Responsibilities Include
- Deliver approved customer orders, items, and invoices to designated sites.
- Provide relevant feedback regarding signed customer waybills.
- Take full responsibility for all transit items to and from customers, ensuring the prevention of losses or damages.
- Assist with daily warehouse activities as required by the supervisor.
- Collect cheques from customers for payment processing.
- Drive company guests and employees, performing other protocol duties as needed.
- Work towards achieving set KPIs.
- Adhere to all Sandvik policies and procedures, with a strong focus on SHEQ policies.
- Complete all tasks within the specified time frames.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Qualification
- Diploma /GCE O Level/Senior High School Certificate
- Valid driver’s license Class “F” with a clean driving record.
- Five (5) years’ experience in a similar role, particularly within a mining environment.
- English Language literacy & proficiency
- Ability to interact with staff at all levels.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Basic Knowledge of MS Office application will be an advantage.
