Responsible for the daily work operations
·  Drives trucks and other company vehicles as per driving permit
· Ensures that all airline orders for scheduled and adhoc flights are received in time
· Prepares equipment for all airline schedules
· Closely monitors menu changes of all airlines
· Ensures that all airline meals are checked and counted.
· Ensures that all airlines specifications or requirements are adhered to
·  Loading and off loading the flights
· Checks the trucks and fills the truck checklist
· Cleaning of the trucks
· Fills the truck movement schedule and log book
· Ensure that operational equipment like trucks are in good condition before use
·  Ensures that all catering orders are correctly done and given to appropriate sections in production areas
· Washing of   Airline trolleys if required to do so
· Adheres to all HACCP procedures
