Requirements
BA in Hotel Management or related
4 years and above in a 4* or 5* hotel
Related Experience is Mandatory
Supervise overall Hotel activities and all outlets.
Replace the Night Manager if the need arises.
Monitor customer feedback and advise Front Office Management
Review, maintain and amend system and procedures of the Front Office Department
Handle and co-ordinate group reservation, bill settlement e.t.c.
Skills:
Good working knowledge of OPERA software
Good communication skills and computer literacy
Be self-motivated and possess excellent time management skills
