About The Position
- Supervise the UPS and Battery charger major maintenance and or repair activities.
- Supervise testing of UPS and Battery charger units.
- Supervise Battery bank Discharge tests as per COMPANY procedure.
- carry out the modifications in power and control components as per COMPANY’s instructions.
Requirements
- Bachelors in Electrical, Instrumentation & Control System Engineering.
- Minimum 10 Years of experience in the Installation, troubleshooting, repair, modification, configuration/setting change, testing, commissioning, and startup of UPS Units, and Battery Chargers and Rectifiers.
- Must have knowledge of UPS Units ( Cyberex / CHLORIDE )
- Good interpersonal skills and exposure/experience to Offshore platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to work on short-term (2 weeks) – medium-term (6 months) commissioning/services
