This includes troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing regular inspections, and replacing parts when needed. The mechanic works closely with operators to ensure equipment is operating efficiently and safely.
Qualifications and preferences
Academic Qualification: Full Grade 12 certificate
Professional Qualification: Advanced certificate in Electrical or Diploma in Electrical.
Experience: 3+ years of experience as an Electrician. Underground experience is an added advantage. Valid silicosis certificate. Valid driver’s license.
