Job Purpose
To ensure quality and efficiency in health care to achieve high customer care experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Detect any fraudulent charges e.g. duplication of services, overcharges of items/medicines. Changing of dates and unnecessary investigations and treatment
- Take note of any discount as communicated by the clinical network office, while making approvals
- Identify high average cost providers and communicate to the PPO in case of any inconsistence of the invoices
- Verification and authorization of members benefits to providers
- Manage all incoming calls and walk ins respond appropriately
- Promoting teamwork within the department and with other departments
- Responding to emergency rescues and evacuations both air and road and keep the records appropriately
- Receiving emergency calls and responding or reacting and consulting appropriately
- Handing over and receiving reports in all the shifts
- Any other duties as may be assigned to you by your supervisor in line with your role
Level of Education, Skills & Experience
- University Degree/Diploma preferably in Nursing
- At least 3 years’ experience
- Computer Literate
