3.
Implement strategies to reduce energy losses in the network, including addressing energy theft, faulty infrastructure, and inaccurate metering
4.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that network maintenance and upgrades are focused on reducing energy losses
5.
Maintain accurate records of energy loss data, including causes, areas of occurrence, and reduction measures implemented
6.
Provide regular reports to the Senior Energy Loss Reduction Officer on loss statistics, actions taken, and progress toward loss reduction targets
7.
Work with customers in the area to educate them about energy conservation practices and the importance of accurate metering
8.

9.
Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and technical teams to address energy loss hotspots and implement corrective actions
10.
Collaborate with the Revenue Protection Unit to identify and prevent energy theft through field inspections and audits
11.
Ensure that all activities related to energy loss reduction are in compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements

Accurate, actionable reports on energy losses and corrective actions taken
3.
Enhanced customer engagement and education on energy efficiency, leading to improved customer satisfaction and fewer billing complaints related to losses
4.
Effective collaboration with other departments, leading to the identification and resolution of loss points in the distribution network
5.
Improved monitoring systems that help in proactive detection and resolution of energy loss issues.
