Role Requirements and Competency Profile
- Mandatory education or equivalent technical course;
- Experience in the area as trainer with Certificate of Pedagogical Competencies (CPC);
- Minimum experience of 5 years in theoretical and practical training of machines used in the construction sector (grader, loader, excavators, track tractors, articulated dumpers, cylinders) and lorries;
- Good computer skills;
- Good knowledge of the English language;
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written);
- Ability to organize and plan;
- Adaptation capacity;
- Mobility availability.
