Specific duties
- Strategically planning for future infrastructural projects in line with strategic business objectives;
- Liaising with consultants on infrastructure projects.
- Create designs of small construction projects, alterations, and redevelopments.
- Managing all properties (buildings and grounds) to a high standard
- Overseeing basic building and maintenance work;
- Preparing claims for submission to insurers
- Assessing property damage for insurance claims;
- Validating tenancy agreements;
- Facilitating timely payment of city and ground rates;
- Processing acquisition of title deeds for newly acquired land/property;
- Securing the Authority’s land against encroachment;
- Representing the Authority in developing infrastructure policies with relevant Government Agencies;
Qualifications and experience
The candidate must possess:
- a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Land Management/Land Economy/Civil Engineering from a recognized and accredited University
- A minimum of 10 years relevant work experience
