Qualification Required & Experience
• A Diploma or first Degree in estate management or real estate, with not less than 1 year work experience
• Prepare work schedules, costings and operational plans for management of residential estates
• Liaise and coordinate with residents associations and company legal teams for efficient management of estates
• Manage the provision of other estate services such as renting, services contract, repairs and maintenance, complaints and other services
