Responsibilities
- Answering phones and routing calls as well as taking messages.
- Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
- Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
- Greetingvisitors and deciding if they should be able to meet with the CEO.
- Making travel arrangements for the CEO.
- Opening, sorting, and distributing incoming faxes, emails, and other correspondence.
Requirements
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree
- Should have 5 – 8 years’ experience in similar roles.
- Relevant certifications required.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate industry is required.
