Key Duties and Responsibilities:
The holder of the position will perform the accountabilities but no limited to;
- Leadership & Management
- Staff Management
- Financial management and compliance
- Resource mobilization
- Partnerships and Stakeholder Management
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- A master’s degree in management or a related field is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience working in the core areas of INUG. Out of which, 5 years should be at senior management level
- Proven leadership experience working in Church based institutions and nonprofit organizations
- Experience in resource mobilization and building sustainable collaborations and partnerships
- Experience in managing local and international donor funding with clear demonstrated accountability
- Experience in fundraising, program development, financial management, and board relations
- Skills: Strong and ethical leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
