We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Export Clerk to join our team. As an Export Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the exportation process efficiently and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

1. Documentation Preparation: Prepare and manage all required documentation for export shipments, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other export-related documents.
2. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations, including but not limited to customs regulations, and export controls
3. Shipping Coordination: Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and other logistics partners to arrange for timely and cost-effective shipment of goods to international destinations.
4. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders regarding export-related inquiries and issues.
5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of export transactions, shipping documents, and compliance documentation.

Requirements

1. Education: A Diploma in international Trade or Logistics is preferred.
2. Experience: Prior experience in agribusiness export documentation and customs clearance is highly desirable.

3. Skills:

o Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
o Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
