• Our client is looking for a Facility Manager for their Ikorodu-based residential estate.
• The job holder will be responsible for keeping the buildings properly maintained, clean and safe.
• The job holder will also supervise contractors and will be responsible for long-term service efficiency.
• The job holder must be based in the Ikorodu axis of Lagos state.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering and IT.
• Supervising teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance and security.
• Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained.
• Ensuring that the properties are well-maintained at all times.
• Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations, health and security standards and energy efficiency requirements
• Overseeing building projects and renovations.
