Planning, scheduling, assigning, and supervising personnel carrying out building or maintenance works.
Planning and organizing materials, and tools required for building or maintenance works.
Ensuring that all works are done to acceptable standards.
Any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

Minimum of grade Twelve (12) school certificate
Craft Certificate or advanced certificate in building.
Minimum of three (3) years of work experience in a supervisory role.
Well-organized, with excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
Experience in hydra foam bricks will be an added advantage.
