State House is seeking experienced and results-driven Farm Managers to oversee and optimize its farm operations in some regions of the country.
The successful candidates will be responsible for developing strategies to expand production, enhance profitability, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications:
An honors bachelor of science degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Animal Husbandry or a related field.
Experience:
A minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in farm management.
Other requirements:
• Strong knowledge of crop production, Animal Production, pest and disease management, and soil health management practices.
• Familiarity with farm certification standards will be an advantage.
• Ability to train local farmers.
