The Role
We are looking for a driven, street-smart, and results-oriented Field Agent to manage delinquent customer portfolios and recover overdue amounts in line with 4G Capital policies. This is a hands-on, field-based role for someone who thrives on accountability, teamwork, and delivering results.
What You’ll Do
• Actively work and close all assigned delinquent accounts
• Follow up and resolve defaulted accounts through field visits
• Investigate and resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
• Achieve and exceed monthly collection targets
• Conduct field visits and submit recovery reports and action plans
• Collaborate closely with branch teams and the Call Centre on bad debt portfolios
• Engage local authorities and security officers where required
• Participate in collection drives across branches
• Action bad-faith clients escalated from the Call Centre
Key Performance Indicators
• Number of accounts successfully closed
• Amount collected on assigned portfolio
• Home market clean-up effectiveness
