Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute both physical and virtual Zoom events to promote brand visibility
- Oversee logistics, including venue selection, partnerships, vendor coordination, and on-site management
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align field activities with overall campaign objectives
- Ensure a consistent and positive brand image during all events and field activities
- Analyze the performance of field marketing initiatives and provide regular reports to improve future campaigns
- Manage budgets for field marketing activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors
Experience:
- Minimum 3 Years of Field Marketing Experience
- Flexibility to travel and work on weekends or evenings for events
- Proven track record in planning and executing successful field marketing events.
- Experience with virtual event management, ideally Zoom
- Ability to effectively convey brand messaging
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align field activities with broader marketing goals.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
