Duties and Responsibilities
Holistically understand the business
Conceptualise, design, and efficiently execute financial projects
Further develop and document the financial control environment
Development of granular cashflow forecasting
Group wide liquidity management
Management of foreign currency risk
Pro-active engagement with lenders via covenant and business case reporting
Reviewing of legal agreements
Corporate finance and tax structuring
Minimum Requirements
Qualified CA(SA)
5 – 7 years of post-article experience
Corporate treasury or finance experience advantageous
Ability to travel from time to time
Passion for Africa and willingness to work in the developing world context
Minimum Education Level
Honours Degree | Postgraduate Diploma
