Responsibilities:
- Actively manage cash and identify savings on expenditures to maximize resources
- Manage budgeting processes
- Review budgets for Business Units and UniversalGiving®
- Review Quickbooks and all categorizations
- Review tax process and execution
- Effectively manage audits for the company
- Manage online and offline donations and disbursements; maintain manuals
- Ensure quality control on PayPal settings, monitor transactions for red flags & handle special cases as they arise
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum seven years of corporate or nonprofit financial management experience
- Experience with nonprofit finances and accounting practices preferred
- Critical attention to detail
- Clear verbal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (some training provided)
- Prior experience with Salesforce is a plus
