The successful candidate has key responsibilities in the following areas:
- Assist in invoice registration, payment and manage AP Mailbox to resolve issue.
- Assist with the bank reconciliation.
- Assist with follow-ups with procurement to clear any issues in the P2P process.
- Assist in asset tagging and asset sighting process.
- Assist to develop and maintain an online filing on SharePoint assessable to key stakeholders.
- Assist with monthly fuel reconciliation.
- Assist Finance Manager with any ad-hoc assignments required to support Global Finance Team.
- Provide support to pre-and post-event activities related to workshops and conferences.
Requirements
This job is open to Zambian Nationals with the following skills and qualifications:
- Pursuing Business Administration degree studies or other relevant professional courses i.e. (ACCA, CIMA, ZICA etc) qualification.
- Full Grade 12 Certificate.
- Pursuing degree studies or other relevant professional courses i.e. (ACCA, CIMA, ZICA etc) qualification.
- High level of organization and planning skills.
- Demonstrate experience in vehicle maintenance management.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
- All academic qualifications to be verified by the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA).
