Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Financial Advisor will have the following key responsibilities:
a) Network and generate leads and opportunities to sell the firm’s Unit Trust Products.
b) Proactively identify, establish contact & reach new clients.
c) Keep clients appraised of product and service enhancements, including changes in investment options.
d) Assess and understand the clients overall financial position and, based on their needs, develop a suitable investment plan.
e) Achieve set targets within the allocated timelines.
f) Look after the customer relationship in pre-sales to post-sales to ensure a world-class customer experience.
g) Conduct investor education to existing, new, and future clients.
h) Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly sales reports and any other reports that might be required by the Management.
i) Comply with all industry rules and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
a) Proven financial industry sales track record. Experience in Unit Trust sales will be an added advantage.
b) Any business related or relevant degree from a recognized institution.
c) At least 3 years of proven sales experience and success in selling financial services products: experience of selling unit trust investment products is an added advantage.
d) Excellent communication and presentation skills
