KEY ACTIVITIES YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Support of monthly/quarterly closing, budget review and summary of key findings for review by top managers.
- Ensuring that expenditure is in line with the agreed budget.
- Support of internal and external audit requests.
- Compilation and creation of financial reports for the sales & marketing department.
- Providing recommendations for financial projects, estimating their return.
- Analysis and recommendation of scenarios to improve the P&L (profit and loss) of a single sales channel or category.
- Daily work with various systems and tools (Power BI, Power Query, etc.).
YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS:
- Natural curiosity, strong analytical skills, proactive attitude to solving new situations, ability to prioritize and fulfill tasks within deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- Very good collaboration skills and motivation to communicate across departments.
- High level of responsibility for independent management of projects and tasks.
- Fluent English and native Czech/Slovak language.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools – especially MS Excel (pivot tables, etc. ).
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Business Administration or related field.
