Join us in supporting the expansion of a successful Global Fintech, dedicated to building a Financial Supermarket that provides affordable, accessible, and inclusive products. Our aim is to drive digital payment growth, ecommerce, and foster financial inclusion for individuals and SMEs across Africa.

As a Channel Partner Development Intern, you’ll collaborate with a diverse team of experts (Product, Bank Product, Verification, Ongoing Customer Due Diligence, and Fraud specialists) to deploy top-tier products in Sierra Leone.

 

 

Responsibilities:
– Develop tailored strategies for target channels’ market entry
– Implement channel strategies to expedite revenue growth
– Manage channel lifecycle, focusing on optimizing service offerings and capabilities
– Drive joint business planning activities with channel partners
– Research and report on competitor activity, market situations, and challenges impacting Fintech product marketing in the region
– Execute region-specific initiatives and foster profitable partnerships to meet Fintech business objectives
– Ensure seamless integration of channel strategy, setting action plans, and overseeing execution
– Collaborate with management to address distributor/channel needs and resolve issues
– Evaluate channel strategies’ efficiency, propose enhancements, and offer improvement suggestions
– Serve as the primary contact for partners, gathering insights on product usage and requirements
– Identify and communicate opportunities for operational enhancements
– Manage affiliate partner relationships and oversee application processes
– Coordinate the distribution of Fintech services and products through diverse channels

Requirements:
– Pursuing or possess an academic degree
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
– Exceptional interpersonal abilities
– Self-starter with a capacity to work independently
– Excellent organizational skills
– Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and online applications
– 1+ years of sales experience
– 1+ years of industry experience
– Confident and approachable demeanor
