Key Responsibilities:
Fitness Program Development:
– Collaborate with the team to design and implement fitness programs tailored to the needs of our diverse member base.
– Develop support programs for corporates as per corporate needs
Member Education:
-Educate members on the importance of physical activity, exercise, and healthy lifestyle choices.
-Provide guidance on incorporating fitness into daily routines and offer behavior change strategies for sustained results.
-Help develop and craft educational materials ie and not limited to Written/ video/ social media content/ engagement etc that can be shared and adopted by members
Consultation Services:
-Assist in crafting protocols around members who need fitness consultations
-Offer personalized fitness consultations to members seeking individualized guidance on exercise routines and lifestyle modifications.
-Assess members’ fitness levels, health history, and goals to create customized fitness plans.
Chronic Disease Management:
-Collaborate with our healthcare team to integrate fitness programs into chronic disease management initiatives.
– Provide expertise in developing exercise plans for members with specific health conditions.
Weight Loss and Health Fitness Programs:
– Design and implement weight loss programs that align with evidence-based practices and individual member needs.
– Monitor and evaluate the progress of members in weight management programs.
– Collaborate with healthy program coordinator team to create program , engagement and evaluation plans for members who have fitness goals
Collaboration and Communication:
– Work closely with other health professionals, including nutritionists and healthcare providers, to ensure a holistic approach to member wellness.
– Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to the development of comprehensive wellness strategies.
Content creation and managemen
– Develop Engaging Fitness Content:
Create high-quality, engaging content related to fitness, health, and wellness for various platforms such as social media, blogs, App, member plans
-Design Customized Workout Programs: Develop and design personalized workout programs for different fitness levels, ensuring they align with current industry trends and client needs.
– Produce Educational Material: Generate informative content, including articles, videos, and infographics, to educate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and overall wellness.
– Collaborate on Campaigns: Collaborate with key Antara teams to align fitness content with overall branding strategies and participate in content creation campaigns.
– Stay Informed on Trends: Stay abreast of fitness trends, emerging technologies, and industry news to incorporate relevant and up-to-date information into content creation.
– Utilize Multimedia Platforms: Leverage various multimedia platforms such as video, audio, and interactive content to diversify and enhance the fitness content.
Qualifications:
Certified Fitness Professional with recognized credentials.
Proven experience in developing and implementing fitness programs.
Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and behavior change.
Familiarity with chronic disease management and weight loss strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.
Passion for promoting health and wellness in diverse populations.
