The Fleet Specialist:
- New Business Acquisition is responsible for driving new business growth by securing clients for Standard Bank’s fleet management solutions.
- This role requires a strong hunter mindset, excellent networking capabilities, and a high closing ratio to successfully convert leads into long-term clients.
- Actively identify, target, and acquire new clients to expand the fleet management portfolio.
- Leverage industry connections and market insights to generate high-quality leads and uncover new business opportunities.
- Present and position fleet cards, managed maintenance, full maintenance leasing, and Standard Bank’s value added products to meet client needs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate key markets and industries.
- Effectively convert leads into signed agreements through strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Work closely with relationship managers and internal teams to ensure a seamless client acquisition process.
- Consistently achieve or exceed new business acquisition targets through proactive engagement and deal execution.
Qualifications
Type of Qualification: First Degree Business Commerce or related
Experience Required:
Experience within the Fleet management industry.
Experience in sales, service and deal making.
Experience in managing dealer relationships.
Experience in Fleet Card, Full maintenance rental and management maintenance
