This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as managing the restaurant, bar, and pool deck, supervising and training staff, budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role will also involve liaising with other departments, managing inventory, and using software to manage stock and sales. The role will be located in Lusaka Province, Zambia.

• Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in food and beverage management, is desirable
