Implementation of Food, Nutrition Security, and Livelihood Projects: Support needs assessments, beneficiary training, gender mainstreaming, monitoring of livestock and micro-gardening, and paarticipate in partner coordination meetings
- Data Collection, Reporting, and Compliance: Collect and analyze data, prepare reports, monitor project progress, propose improvements, ensure compliance, and coordinate internally and externally
- Building Relationships with Local Partners and Community: Engage with local partners, community leaders, and beneficiaries to maintain positive relationships and ensure project alignment with community needs
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform other related tasks, ensure flexibility in daily activities, adhere to Malteser International’s principles, and report challenges and progress to supervisors

Your profile:
- At least 2 years of working experience with an INGO in a developing country and/or humanitarian context with a minimum of National Diploma in agriculture or Nutrition related field.
- Excellent project management, partnership management, and coordination skills
- Extensive field team management experience as well as security, safety, and resource management experience
- Proactive, resourceful, solutions- and results-oriented, with a genuine interest in learning
- Ability to work effectively with local governments, align with MI values and standards, and cope in stressful or hostile environments, including travelling to deep field locations and conducting partner visits
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the capacity to see the big picture and make sound judgments and decisions
- Strong communication skills
