Qualifications and Work Experience
 Possession of a Journeyman Class 1 preferably in Bricklaying, Plasterer or Carpentry

 5 Ordinary Level qualifications

 Relevant work experience
 Must be able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.

Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate must fulfil the requirements below:

 Supervising and coordinating the work of construction workers, subcontractors, and
other site personnel.

 Ensuring that site activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality
standards.

 Managing site logistics, including material delivery, storage, and waste management

 Monitoring and controlling the quality of work on site.

 Inspecting work to ensure it meets specifications, codes, and standards.

 Identifying and addressing quality issues or defects.

 Providing guidance, training, and support to site personnel.

 Identifying training needs and recommending development opportunities.

 Maintaining accurate and up-to-date site records, including progress reports, safety
records, and quality control documents.

 Preparing and submitting reports to site management
