• Motorcare is a prominent player in the automotive industry, dedicated to delivering exceptional mobility solutions and services. We are seeking an accomplished Full Maintenance Leasing (FML) Portfolio Manager to join our team.
• In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our FML portfolio, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction and financial performance.

Position Overview:
• The Full Maintenance Leasing (FML) Portfolio Manager will lead the management of our FML portfolio, encompassing various leasing agreements and services within the automotive sector. This role demands a strong grasp of financial acumen, industry expertise, and exceptional leadership to drive the success of our portfolio and contribute to our organization’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Oversight:
• Develop comprehensive strategies for managing the FML portfolio, aligning with company objectives and industry trends.
• Monitor and analyze FML contracts, agreements, and performance metrics to ensure optimal portfolio health and customer satisfaction.

Customer Relations:
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, inquiries, and service requests promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the sales and after sales teams in Motorcare to understand customer needs and tailor FML solutions accordingly.
• Financial Performance:
• Monitor and assess financial performance of the FML portfolio, identifying opportunities to enhance profitability and mitigate risks.
• Develop pricing strategies and financial models to optimize leasing agreements and achieve revenue targets.

Contract Management:
• Oversee the negotiation, creation, and execution of FML contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure contract compliance and minimize potential liabilities.
• Team Leadership:

• Be a pro-active part of the management team of Motorcare.
• Foster a collaborative and performance-driven work environment to achieve team objectives.
• Market Insights:
• Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments relevant to FML offerings.
• Utilize market insights to adapt and refine FML strategies and offerings, keeping them aligned with customer demands.
• Reporting and Analytics:
• Generate regular reports on FML portfolio performance, analyzing key metrics and presenting findings to senior management.
• Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive portfolio improvements.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree /professional qualification is an added advantage).
• Proven experience in FML portfolio management, preferably in leasing company and/or financial institution.
• Strong financial analysis skills, including the ability to create and interpret financial models and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with clients, banks and stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in contract management, legal compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.

• Establish and maintain sound Occupational health practices and standards especially in the showroom and administration floor.
• Help customers, suppliers and interested parties on Health and safety related issues that may arise from time to time by Communicating the importance of ensuring compliance to legal and regulatory requirements, as well as conformity to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 System requirements.
• Regular reporting of Management System performance by use of available monitoring tools to the HSEQ Team Leader for example maintaining 5S, Regular check of Floor equipment and tools and customer touch areas.
• Assist in any other tasks, duties, or projects as assigned by management.
