above.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Loading or unloading of distributors orders and tracking of every item/pallet for entire
order;
 Tracking of incoming invoices order of all distributors, customers;
 Supporting packaging line with forklift help;
 Clean/Organized warehouse through chalk board and overall needs;
 Working hour are 7:30 to 5:00 pm., but could go later;
 Taking stock at every evening and morning for balancing and accuracy;
 Accurately assemble customers order from stock and place order on pallet to disburse;
 Accurately stage and sort products for loading;
 Be able to control the warehouse when the administrator is on leave or absence;
 Maintain superior quality control by ensuring damaged products are identified,
reported and remove promptly;
 Perform other related duties as assigned.
POSITION SPECIFICATION (Education, Training, Experience, Skills):

 High school graduate. Post high school education and training will be a plus
 At least one year of warehousing or material handing experience
 Minimum of two (2) years’ work experience in a clerical position
 Flexible to work overtime as needed
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 Good interpersonal skills and an ability to work in a team
 Ability to pay close attention to details and meet deadlines
 A self-started, ability to take initiatives and learn quickly
 Commitment to the goals of the company
 Willing to take responsibilities, work overtime and weekends
