Act as first point of contact for functional system issues, enhancement requests, and user queries for assigned modules.
• Manage functional configuration of ERP/HIS modules (e.g. Finance, SCM, Pharmacy, Billing, HR) in line with business processes.
• Support master data setup and governance (items, customers, vendors, price lists, clinical codes, etc.).
• Document business processes, system setups, and change requests; maintain user and process documentation.
• Coordinate and conduct user training, refresher sessions, and onboarding for new staff on relevant systems.
• Perform system testing (unit, UAT) for changes and new features; document and track defects.
• Liaise with Developers and Digital team for customizations, integrations, or complex issues.
• Monitor data quality (missing fields, incorrect setups, duplicates) and work with business owners to correct issues.
• Provide input into system improvement opportunities and participate in process redesign initiatives.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Systems, Business/Accounting with IT, Health Informatics, or related field
• 2–4+ years’ experience supporting ERP or hospital systems in a functional role.
• Exposure to finance, supply chain, HR, or clinical workflows.
• Experience in healthcare, FMCG, or service industries is an added advantage
