Developing Grant Applications

• Identify and research potential funding opportunities.
• Write tailored grant applications, addressing grant-making priorities or requirements as specified by individual trusts, foundations, corporates and other donors

Identifying potential donors (Corporates/Foundations/High Net Worth Individuals)

• Identify and approach prospective donors
• Implement solicitation strategies to secure private gift support
• Investigate all possible fundraising opportunities, including income-generating activities by SMF staff and members, sporting event sponsorships, crowdfunding etc

Reporting to donors

• Contribute to donors reports, prepare monitoring reports etc
• Develop and maintain reporting and application systems
• Coordinate project information with the Sister Mura Foundation staff to inform donors of progress of projects

Strategic leadership

• Assist the Executive Director in developing a three-year fundraising strategy
• Contribute new ideas for fundraising and identify suitable fundraising information
• Engage donors regularly and promote the Sister Mura Foundation in various platforms.
