Provide day-to-day administrative support for Gateway Operations activities at the Gateway location to ensure efficient and timely pick-up and delivery handling of customer materials and shipments, in line with business strategy and objectives, corporate guidelines and policies.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support for Gateway Operations activities at the Gateway location to ensure efficient and timely pick-up and delivery handling of customer materials and shipments in line with business strategy and objectives, corporate guidelines and policies
• Under direct supervision provide day to day operational support for pick-up and delivery personnel and services
• Undertake routine tasks and activities to ensure all material is picked up and delivered from/to all area accounts in accordance with corporate guidelines, customer expectations and government regulations
• Under direct supervision provide support for efficient and safe handling and transportation of all customer materials
• Follow and achieve compliance for import/export regulations, duties, and tariffs
• Perform recurring tasks for on-time gathering and delivering of goods from warehouse or small sized port to large port
• Support and interact primarily with colleagues of own team
• Communicate information that requires little explanation or interpretation
• Address task-related issues appropriately to maintain work relationships

Education Requirements

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in, procurement and logistics management, supply chain management, Warehouse or Estate management related courses.
• Being a holder of a professional certificate in airport operation is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years’ related experience in similar role, in a related environment.
