As a Gender and Social Inclusion Advisor, the volunteer will have to develop with our local team a gender strategy for the Cameroon Country Office and the implementation of gender monitoring and evaluation tools.
He/She will also be called upon to work on an ad hoc basis with our partners and other volunteers to ensure the integration of the gender aspect into their respective activities.
He/she will also be responsible for organizing awareness sessions against the phenomenon of early marriage intended for young learners from the Centers for the Promotion of Women and Families (CPFF), training structures managed by MINPROFF.
The volunteer will have to carry out the following activities:
- Develop the gender strategy for the BP
- Establish gender monitoring-evaluation tools for BP activities
- Awareness sessions against the phenomenon of early marriage
- Support partners in integrating the gender aspect during the planning and implementation of their activities
Essential Academic Skills:
