Provision of overall operational, credit, and administrative leadership for the SACCO, ensuring effective management of personnel and assets for high-quality service delivery in line with the SACCO’s Vision, Mission, and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations, manage personnel, and ensure organizational compliance.
- Oversee asset and liability management, ensuring quality and stability.
- Drive business growth and continuity.
- Represent the SACCO in institutional and stakeholder engagements.
Job requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or postgraduate diploma will be an added advantage.
- At least 3 years in a senior management role within a reputable, commercially focused organization.
- Strong skills in leadership, financial management, and communication.
- Must have attained a credit in Math and English at O’Level.
Age range: 30-45 years.
