KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency. cost-effectiveness, and adherence to quality standards.
- Implement best practices for logistics, delivery, and customer service to enhance overall service quality.
3. Team Management:
- Lead and inspire a cross-functional team, fostering a collaborative and high performance work culture.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities for team members
4. Customer Satisfaction:
- Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and continuously improving service quality.
- Develop and implement customer-centric initiatives to exceed customer expectations.
5. Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and profitability.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to optimize revenue and reduce costs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the logistics, courier, or delivery industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
