Responsibilities:

  • Develop proper schedules to manage dispatch volume during hours of operation.
  • Train and develop associates on job performance and participate in the performance appraisal process. Adhere to all company guidelines, including those pertaining to the practice of Pharmacy and Supply. Supervise Input of data (GRN) accurately into the pharmacy system.
  • Ensure compliance to all business permits and regulatory licenses.
  • Maintain an awareness of inventory/stocking conditions; note discrepancies in inventory, Stock outs.
  • Plan, organize and supervise the inventory process – ensure timely ordering process to procurement. Reinforce safety programs, comply with safety procedures, identify unsafe conditions.
  • Analyzing of reports from receiving, storage and dispatch department.
  • Participate/supervise monthly stock take. Ensure < 1.5% variance.
  • Safe disposal of expired commodities with appropriate approvals from management and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain management/ Degree in medical related field with a knowledge in supply chain management.
  • A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., Certified Supply Chain Professional, Certified in Production and Inventory Management) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
