Essential Function
- Attend and follows up general service related matters of the bank, such as Telephone, fax electricity and office equipment, etc.
- Follow up and settle monthly utility bills to respective governmental institutions ensure proper functioning of fixed assets & office equipment of the bank in the Head office and at Branches.
- Carries out the maintenance and installation of electrical office equipment, fixture and appliances (Telephone lines, fax machine, photocopy machines, electric lines, etc.).
- Inspects periodically electrical equipment of the bank which needs repair works
- Receives electrical maintenance request of head office and branches
- Fills out purchase requisition for material and fixtures to be purchased or supplied to undertake the necessary repair works.
- Ensure that all electrical maintenance and installations done to the required standards and that material are used properly and economically.
- Advice supervisor and evaluates maintenance and repair works which have to carried out by an outside sources
- Prepares estimates of materials and labor cost for maintenance and repaired works to be done by outside source and seeks approval from supervisor before an assignment started
prepares ad submits periodical report pertaining to maintenance and installation works follows - Follows up installation works done by external source and completed timely.
Job Requirement
College Diploma in Electricity or Electronics or in related field (Level III, Level IV certificates) with 2 years of relevant experience, COC certification is a preference
