Description of Responsibilities/ Scope of Work
Review the structure of GenTRACK Phase II
- Review the developed structure of GenTRACK Phase II to incorporate qualitative analysis;
- Define technical requirements and the estimated costs for the development of the designed platform.
Manage and upgrade the quality of GenTRACK to maintain performance and reliability
- Undertake maintenance and quality assurance services of existing GenTRACK by fixing bugs, as well as updates to address any performance challenges and vulnerabilities.
Lead technical discussion with a vendor
- Develop TOR for a vendor to develop GenTRACK Phase II;
- Support technical negotiation with a potential vendor;
- Support technical discussion with an identified vendor throughout the process of the GenTRACK Phase II development.

Required Qualifications:
Education and Certification:
- Masters degree in social sciences, international development or another relevant field;
- A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years work experience carrying out research and/or driving data and statistics, and examine analysis in a development policy and/or research context is required;
- Experience in statistics and indicators, as well as administrative data and data systems is required;
- Concrete knowledge of Application Programming Interface is required;
- Proven track record of conducting a comprehensive and systematic analysis of data, including data trends, outliers and patterns is an asset;
- Experience of developing data/knowledge products, preferably online is an asset.
Languages:
Fluency in English is required;
Knowledge of Arabic is an asset.
