As Part of Our Team You Will:
- Design and supervise the exploration work to ensure it is delivered in line with the design, objectives and to standard.
- Monitor exploration performance against established KPIs, providing regular updates and analysis.
- Supervise the work to deliver results within KPI guidance.
- Supervise contractor work to maintain compliance with contractual obligations and exploration objectives.
- Deliver training and mentoring to geologists.
- Develop, plan and schedule work activities over 3 months to 1 year timeframe.
- Compile, assess, and interpret analytical results and report.
- Provide input into performance and individual development plans for more junior geologists.
- Assist with preparation, and present group budgets, systematic long term work programs and business plans.
- Report work program progress and follow up recommendations.

Formal Qualification (including Professional Registrations):
- Bachelors’ Degree in Geological Sciences, Geological Engineering or Earth Science.

- Greenfield exploration activities in diverse geographic settings.
