Tracking all correspondences (Hard copies and e-letters correspondence into Horizon system.
Ensuring data is consistence with NO, SO and APs tracking systems and all correspondences are process according to sponsorship standard.

Follow–up on all GN payment with finance office, and queries relating to GNs, Sponsor gifts and letters (Hard copies and e-letters from NO and support offices, making sure NO and support office are updated on status of their requests.

Prepare monthly GN, Sponsor gifts and letters (Hard copies and e-letters report and submit to Cluster and Sponsorship Managers.
Do monthly, quarterly and annual GN, Sponsor gifts and letters reconciliation with NO Correspondence Analyst share reconciliation reports with Cluster and Sponsorship Managers

Track, record and report stamp, envelops and any other cost related to GN administration for the APs.

Support cluster team in all sponsorship business processes and operations for the achievement of Green ratings in the GNOD reports for the Cluster.
KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATINOS FOR THE ROLE
Required Professional Experience
- Willingness to work, learn and grow.
- Good knowledge in English.
- Ability to work and live in difficult terrines and to cope with stress.
Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification
At least 3 Credit in West African School Certificate Examination/or General Certificate of Education (English Language inclusive).
Travel and/or Work Environment Requirement
- Work environment: Field-based with frequent travel around Communities
- Travel: 25% Domestic travel is required.
- On call: 10%
