These are your responsibilities:
- Contribute to and review concept notes, programme, and donor proposals.
- Audit selected programmes based on agreed criteria.
- Lead or provide input on assessments, planning, monitoring, and evaluation exercises (at partner, country, regional, and global levels).
- Drive innovation and develop model programmes.
- Support regional advisors/experts with sectoral expertise.
- Engage in relevant international associations/networks and maintain a global network of external expertise.
- Advise and support CBM Country offices, and other technical advisors.
- Develop standards, policies, guidelines, and tools.
- Represent CBM in international alliances and forums to promote Inclusive Education in international development.
These are your qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Inclusive Education
- Experience in Disability-inclusive Development
- Proven experience in advocacy and networking with governments and key stakeholders
- Experience in designing training programs
- Knowledge of key players and stakeholders in Inclusive Education at global, regional, and national levels
- Experience in developing strategic plans, policies, or curricula (advantageous)
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Identification with the Christian values and mandate of CBM.
