Highly detail-oriented, you are skilled in advanced Excel and familiar with Power BI and Tracpoint. Your strengths include planning, problem-solving, and effective communication across diverse cultures. Flexible and resilient, you are fluent in English, with ERP systems experience and an additional language as an asset for global stakeholder engagement. Passionate about making an impact in a global fleet portfolio, you bring adaptability and a collaborative approach to achieving strategic goals.

Essential:

· Previous, relevant experience within fleet management.

· Ability to think innovatively and offer new ideas and solutions for strategic improvements.

· Good verbal and written communication (face to face and virtually) with the ability to adapt communication style across Plan’s organisational diversity.

· Good interpersonal skills; able to establish and develop strategic, long-term supplier relationships.

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills; able to assess complex and ambiguous problems effectively and deliver pragmatic solutions.

· Flexibility and resilience; able to adapt to a range of conflicting needs and demands and still achieve desired aims.

· High attention to detail and highly proficient at using MS Office, including Excel to an advanced level. Broader system(s) experience including Power Bi and Tracpoint would be an advantage.

· Strong planning, organisational and project management skills.

· A passion to make a real difference in a global fleet portfolio.

· A good level of self-awareness to enable you to understand, build relationships and engage tactfully and collaboratively across cultures.

· English is essential and one additional Plan language to a working level would be an advantage (e.g. French / Spanish).

Desirable

· Experience in Fleet Management systems.

· Experience of designing and delivering training.

· Experience in one or more ERP systems environments, e.g. Dynamics, would be an advantage.

· Relevant fleet related qualification would be ideal but not essential.
