Key Accountabilities:
- Respond to users calls regarding IT related issues and forward request or incident to ISM or Applications team.
- Follow-up with ISM/Apps team on solution or work-around for users request or incident raised.
- Communicate to the business on any IT service issues, incidents, or request. Notify users on any IT service degradation or downtime.
- Manage IT Asset register for Uganda.
- Manage relationship between business and IT Suppliers.
- Assist the business in user support and any other IT related request or incident.
- Timely monthly incident management reporting to the IT lead
- Application service management – support managing, coordination and resolving application service request.
- Documentation of application support and maintenance process in accordance with set standards.
- Documentation of application user manual
- Product lifecycle and release management
- Application change management
- Application deployment planning
- Assist to manage small application projects.
- Action activities on projects as part of a project team
- Provide pertinent information to facilitate project updates.
- Qualifications, Experience & Attributes:
- Undergraduate degree First class or second upper in IT, Computer Science, Telecom Engineering
- Fresh Graduate 2023.
- Software Product management
- High level of data analysis skills
- Networking Knowledge (LAN and WAN)
- Basic database knowledge
