The GPS Calling Officer is responsible for reaching out to all clients whose tracking devices are offline
They call the client, and schedule when the client has to be at the branch or if it’s a distant client they organize a mobile technician to work on the client in the field.
Key Duties and Responsibilities;
- Calling clients whose assets have gone offline
- Generating a branch list for all clients who will be coming to the branch for tracker fixing and a field list for all clients to be met in the field
- Planning the travel route for mobile GPS technicians
- Following up on both branch and field clients who promised to meet our technicians but never showed up.
- Educating clients on the importance of tracking
- Developing and strengthening clients’ relationships
- Documenting agreed conclusion
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
- The candidate must have been a part of Watu for a minimum of 1 year
- Successful candidate must be reliable and punctual
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and collaborate with various staff members
- Must possess good communication skills both Oral & written.
- Must have zero indiscipline record with no warning letter (s)
- Must have an excellent performance record including QA
- Candidate must be able to speak multiple Languages such as Luganda, Acholi, Langi, Alur Lugbara and Ateso
- Candidate must have good computer skills; good at both Data entry and analysis
